If you are looking for a completely hands off experience we can offer you a management service

Including all of the regular sourcing services we can then take the property of choice through its entire journey from the purchase, through any refurbishments needed all the way to marketing a sale or letting rooms out

We have a team of experienced builders in place who can turn the project into whatever you need it to

We then have close relationships with letting agents, sales agents, brokers etc to finalise the project with whatever outcome you have decided

We also offer a simple way to invest with us if you are looking for a simple return on your hard earned money

As we have our own investment interests we can offer a set return on your money over an agreed period be it 12 months, 24 months etc. All you would simply do is provide a capital amount to our investment team and within that agreed timeframe we would return your funds with the capital percentage gains agreed at the outset. 

If you are looking to view a property in our local area but do not have the time to carry it out we offer a viewing service, at the bare minimum we'll provide a video walkthrough with commentary and for a full package we'll give a brief overview of costings and potential exit strategies for that property
